Norm has a career spanning 30 years in the corporate sector and 30 years running his own business. Originally training as an accountant, he has held a wide range of roles in leadership in business in Auckland and the United Kingdom. He has sat on a number of Iwi Boards/Authorities, not for profit and commercial boards. He joined the Southern Initiative in January 2017 and leads the Mâori Pasifika Trades Training Team.
