About the committee
The Women & Leadership Committee, launched in March 2020 to honour International Women's Day, is dedicated to empowering women and championing gender equality in the New Zealand business community. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where women of diverse nationalities, backgrounds, and industries can thrive professionally and personally.
Through engaging events like networking sessions, panel discussions with inspiring leaders, and practical workshops, we provide resources and opportunities for women to amplify their voices, connect with mentors and peers, and build the skills necessary for future leadership roles. We believe that by fostering these connections and conversations, we’re paving the way for a stronger, more inclusive business community.
